McGarity finishes second this weeek at TLA Q school shooting rounds of 66,72,69,77 earning a spot in this weeks Challange tour event in Columbia. McGarity also earns a invite to the Nationwide Tour event march 1-8 in columbia.
After making his fourth straight cut on the Canadian Tour, McGarity carded a 70,71,67,66 for a 13th place finish at the Times Colonist Open in Victoria, British Columbia. This is McGarity's best finish on the tour where he had 2 eagles, 3 birdies, and 3 bogeys for a final round 66.
The next event was held at Hazalmere Country Club in Surrey, British Columbia. Mcgarity struggled with an opening round 79 but came back with a 68 the next day but unfortunately missed the cut by 2 shots.
Mcgarity will now travel to Detroit, Michagan for the the British Open Qualifier and then head to Saskatoon for the next Canadian Tour Event.
